Crafttheway is a travel and photography blog where I collect images and words to encourage you to craft your own way of exploring the world.
My name is Natalia; I’m a nomadic photographer and marketing strategist. I draw inspiration from travel, art, culture, and design. I love tropical plants, industrial spaces, wild nature and minimalism in both design and in the way of life.
.on the road
For several years I have been traveling around Europe, discovering both cities and regions, and organizing outdoor trips and activities.
During my last long-term travel project, with a 10 kg backpack, I visited several European and Asian countries, including among others the Canary Islands, Portugal, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. At that time, I also had the opportunity to get to know new places in Poland, where I came from – including Warsaw or Krakow. The main idea of the project was to find the answer to the question: “How to travel the world trying to live and explore like a local”. As a result, I’ve published a few city guides – currently, on the blog are available city guides to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Lisbon.
At the beginning of 2018, I plan a new, long-term travel project. Details will be presented soon.
Just in the meantime, I capture and describe all unique stories from the road, and pay it forward to share with you a bit of inspiration how to travel the world on your own.
